Shipping policy

Shipping Charges will be $12.95 UPS Ground for most orders.  UPS Collect is also available. 

* Overnight delivery is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can and do occasionally occur. We will do everything in our power to get your tools on their way, including partial shipping and express (at our expense) to keep your machines running.  

Shipment Processing Time

98% of all orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.  If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

End Mill Store will honor all purchases.  For any damages incurred during shipping, notify us immediately so we can get replacement tools to you as quickly as possible.
